Working hours of MPay support team are: 08:00-18:00, monday-friday.

To the requests sent via email the MPay Support Team will make every effort to provide answers within 7 days. If you receive no reply within 7 days, most likely our operators are overly busy and we kindly ask you to send a repeated message if your request cannot be delayed and our team will pick it up.
